SHIPPING POLICY
For Sale Gowns
Dresses up for sale will be dropped of by the partner to the SMP KE store.
Gowns purchsed from our store, will be picked up solely by the Bride herself and not a 3rd party.

For Hire Gowns
Dresses to be hired out will be dropped off and picked up at partners costin the event they keep their dresses after every fitting. Dresses being kept by the SMP KE team, partners will cater for the cost of bringing the gowns in store.
RETURN,EXCHANGE & LAUNDRY POLICY
Gowns once purchased and altered shall not be returned.
Gowns up for hire can not be altered
All gowns hired will be laundered by our vendor of choice
